Guarantee/deposit
All individual reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or deposit. In case of group reservations of
10 or more rooms and in fair/convention periods, Grand Hotel Amrâth Amsterdam requires a deposit in terms.
On request you will receive these policies from our room reservations department.

Cancellation/no show
The uniform conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) apply to all our reservations and transactions.
In contravention of these conditions you are allowed to cancel this reservation free of charge until 18:00 PM.
In case of a too late cancellation or no show we will charge you 100% of the first night of the reservation.
During fair/convention periods other policies may apply.
